Nursing Services
A registered nurse will be assigned to care for the patients needs they will coordinate all services that are necessary for the patient. The RN assesses the patients status and provides other nursing care which includes teaching, management and direct care individualized to the patients needs. The scheduled time each patient will be seen is based on the status of the patient, therefore this schedule changes often. An RN will be available, via on-call, 24/7
Spiritual Counseling/ Bereavement
Spiritual Counseling/ Bereavement
Spiritual and Bereavement counseling are available for the patient and their family. Our Chaplain can support the family with spiritual issues and communication within the family. The chaplain can help bridge the communication between the patient and their clergy. The Bereavement Coordinator can help assist the family in coping with grief.
Medical Social Services
Medical Social Services
A Licensed Social Worker provides assistance to patients and their families with social and financial issues relating from the patient's medical condition. Locates community resources; including volunteers, to assist in meeting their needs and provide counseling to help the patient and their families in dealing with the progress of illness.
Pharmacy
Pharmacy
The Hospice pharmacy provides medications and supplies pertaining to the diagnosis for the patient. They monitor medications prescribed to maximize effectiveness and to prevent side effects.

Provides medical equipment such as Hospital beds, Canes, Wheelchairs, Bedside commodes, Oxygen, Wound dressings, Adult protective undergarments, Catheters and more
Continuous Home Care

Provides medical equipment such as Hospital beds, Canes, Wheelchairs, Bedside commodes, Oxygen, Wound dressings, Adult protective undergarments, Catheters and more
Certified Nursing Assistant

Bathing/ Hygiene; Hair/ Nail Care;
Dressing ; Assist with Ambulation/ Transfers; Linen Change; Range of Motion; Light Meal Preparation; Light housekeeping around the patient's immediate area
Respite Care
Respite Care
Provides the caregivers with the break they need ( max of 5 day periods ), and also ensures that their loved one is still receiving the attention that he or she needs.
